How do we get to this topic of meals?

Likewise, to emphasize healthy and unhealthy foods, we will do a survey of as many people as we can to find out what type of food they consume more and what type they consume less. Lastly, we will place an open question. where they tell us if they believe that the food they consume the most is healthy or not, and why.
In this way we will have a clearer vision regarding what the people around us consume and whether they eat well or in some way harm their bodies.

1.What is a healthy habit?
A healthy habit is a behavior that you do regularly and that has a positive impact on your physical, mental or social well-being.

 What is healthy eating?
A healthy diet is one that provides our body with all the nutrients it needs to function correctly. It is based on the consumption of a variety of fresh, unprocessed or minimally processed foods, from all food groups.

2. What are the food groups?
Fruits and vegetables: They are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. It is recommended to consume at least 5 servings a day.
Cereals: They are an important source of energy, fiber and B vitamins. It is recommended to choose whole grains, such as brown rice, oats and quinoa.
Legumes: They are rich in protein, fiber, iron and other minerals. It is recommended to consume legumes at least 2 times a week.
Dairy: They are a good source of calcium, vitamin D and protein. It is recommended to choose skim or low-fat dairy products.
Meats, poultry, fish and eggs: They are an important source of protein, iron and zinc. It is recommended to choose lean meats, limit the consumption of red and processed meats, and consume fish at least twice a week.
Healthy fats: They are important for heart and brain health. They are found in vegetable oils, avocados, nuts and seeds.

3. What foods should we avoid or limit?
Processed foods: They are rich in saturated fats, sodium, added sugars and preservatives.
Sugary drinks: These are high in calories and can contribute to weight gain and other chronic diseases.
Fast foods: They are rich in saturated fat, sodium and calories.
Sweets and desserts: They are high in sugars and calories.

5. How can I have a healthy diet?
Plan your meals
*Cooking at home
*Pay attention to the serving size, calories, fat, sodium and sugar.
*Savoring your food will help you eat less and feel more satisfied.
*Drink plenty of water, but not too much.
*Exercise regularly

6. What are the benefits of healthy eating?
* Helps maintain a healthy weight.
* Improves mental health and mood.
* Rise the levels of energy.
* Strengthens the immune system.
* It enhances sleep quality.
* Improves the health of skin, hair and nails.







My favorite food

My favorite food is chicken burgers with apple-flavored soda, I also love cooked bloccoli and carrots. I don't eat meat, I don't like it that much.
I love chicken in all its presentations, it is also one of my favorite foods, along with potatoes, also in its multiple presentations, I think it is the most delicious.

I don't diet, I don't like it, I feel good about myself, although I don't eat sugar in any sense.
